How can I check on my order? track the package?
Click on the order status button on the front page. Simply input your email address and password, and the status of your order will be displayed, If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) we will display the tracking number, Copy the tracking # then click on the link of the carrier it was shipped with, in the carriers site you will paste your tracking # and you will be given up-to-date information of your order.
I only received part of my order?
If you order different type of products (for example, a original Brother Toner, and a Canon Compatible Ink Jet cartridge), your items may originate form more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged separately.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that time frame, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been back ordered.
